KWA LEASING Heavy Equipment

Heavy equipment leasing

Iron that shows up ready to work.

KWA Leasing owns and leases a 200-unit heavy equipment fleet built around pipeline and heavy civil work — side booms, dozers, track hoes, trenchers, and fusion machines. Leasing is all we do, and we deliver on our own trailers.

What a lease looks like

One thing, done properly.

We are not a dealer and we are not a service shop. We own the fleet, we lease it out, and we get it to your job.

01

Daily, weekly, monthly

Rate structures by equipment class, with longer terms and multi-unit spreads priced as a package. Quoted in writing before anything moves.

Lease terms
02

Delivery included in the quote

Lowboys, floats, and stingers are part of our fleet, so getting the machine to the right-of-way is priced and scheduled by the same people who lease it to you.

How delivery works
03

Off a maintained fleet

These are units we own and run, not auction buys. Fluids, undercarriage, and hours are checked before load-out and the condition is documented both ways.

How we operate

The fleet

Built for pipeline, useful for anything heavy.

The fleet grew out of pipeline construction, so it is deep where that work is demanding: Caterpillar side booms, D6 and D7 dozers, Cat 320–330 track hoes, Vermeer and Cleveland trenchers, McElroy fusion machines, padding and bending equipment.

The support iron leases with it — air compressors, light plants, generators, pumps, hydro vacs, telehandlers — plus the lowboys, floats, and pull trailers to move it.

  • 202 units across 30 equipment classes
  • Bare lease or leased with an operator — ask either way
  • Availability confirmed against your dates before we quote

Delivery

Your machine, our trailer.

Delivery and pickup of leased equipment is part of the lease, not a separate service. We run our own lowboys, floats, and stingers, so the haul is quoted with the machine and scheduled by the people who know where the unit is sitting.

We do not haul equipment we are not leasing to you, and we do not broker loads. If the route needs permits or escorts for an oversize move, we tell you that up front in the quote.

  • Haul priced in the lease quote, both directions
  • Load-out, tie-down, and delivery to the yard or right-of-way
  • Condition and hour meter recorded at load-out and return
  • Permits, escorts, and oversize limits — to be added

How it works

From phone call to machine on site.

  1. Tell us the job

Equipment class, where it is going, when you need it, and how long. A rough scope is enough to start.

  2. We check availability

We confirm what is open on the dates you want and quote the rate plus haul, in writing.

  3. Machine goes out serviced

Fluids, undercarriage, and hours checked before it loads, with the condition documented both ways.

  4. We pick it up when you are done

Call off the lease and we schedule the return haul. Off-rent is set when the unit loads out.

Need a machine?

Send the dates and the job and we will come back with availability and a delivered rate.
