About KWA Leasing
We own the fleet we lease.
KWA Leasing, LLC owns and maintains heavy equipment and leases it to contractors doing pipeline, utility, and heavy civil work. Leasing is the whole business — we are not a dealer, a broker, or a repair shop.
How we got here
The fleet was assembled to support pipeline construction, which is why it is deep in side booms, dozers, track hoes, trenchers, and fusion equipment rather than a little of everything. Running that iron on real jobs is what taught us which units hold up and how they need to be kept.
That equipment is now leased to outside contractors on the same terms we hold ourselves to: the machine goes out serviced, the condition is documented, the haul is in the quote, and the rate is in writing before anything loads.
